Security requirements applicable to customer data maintained within licensed, hosted, private-cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, or other PACT ProSCAPE environments may be addressed separately in applicable customer agreements, security documentation, deployment architecture, or data processing agreements.

HummingBird is based in the United States. HummingBird and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate mechanisms designed to provide legally required protections for international transfers of personal information.
